Where can I find a good camera surveillance system for my car? I have tried Futureshop as well as ebay... I need a camera that takes pictues when someone touches the car. I live in BC, Canada.

when someone touches the car??? you mean like some special paint coating that is electronically connected to a camera where if the paint senses a touch that it turns on the cam? Man, you're asking for miracles there!!! :) Hell., the movies haven't even come up with anything like that. I'd say that's impossible.
If you want something that takes video as a contact is switched, as in a door opening, or if it senses motion near it, that'd be a different story. Very easy. Just look on the internet.. like.. google.. type in - car cam surveillance
