Is Western Govenor's University a good school?

Has anyone heard anything about it?

It's fully accredited and you can get financial aid for it. They have a "competency" based curriculum rather than a traditional one, but I've never quite figured that out. It was designed by several states to provide an inexpensive route to online education and it is the cheapest online college around. It has a limited number of programs, mostly education, business & IT.
