She seems like a great person that's lived an amazing life thus far, but a bit full of herself, I'd say. I usually can't sit through an entire episode of her show, because all she does is talk about how she did this, or she did that, or how she knew someone who did that. So many of her shows are based on Top Model or about models, her life and her friends and family. It's less of a talk show and more of a "reality" show like the Osbournes or Anna Nicole Smith. She seems more interested in telling everyone her life story than getting to know anyone elses which makes for a horrible host. She's mentioned wanting to be the next Oprah and if that's her real goal she needs to pay attention. I'm not a huge Oprah fan, but the woman knows how to communicate with people and she seems genuinely interested in other's lives and trying to understand her guests. I'm thinking Tyra should give up the tv gig and just write an autobiography...it'd suite the "all about me" attitude that she's been presenting.

I like Tyra Banks but her show is the poor man's Oprah Winfrey show. She tries so hard and it just doesn't work.

I like Top Model, but can't really get into her talk show. It seems a little lame and over-the-top at the same time. I think she's bipolar. She was pretty cool until she started pestering last season's Model winner to close the gap in her teeth and try to lose her accent. That's like asking her to shrink her forehead or Cindy Crawford to lose the mole. If models want to be seen as real people and not mindless fakes they've got to have some imperfections.

it is the element, why is it that Don Imus is being chastised yet others inclusive of Tyra and rappers inclusive of Ice cube or comedians inclusive of Chris Rock don't get raked over the coals for asserting the comparable element. it rather is a double standard. through fact Don Imus is being suspended, then everybody else it is interior the media spotlight that use that language might desire to be affected to boot.

i think tyra's alright, but i think it's rediculous how she took her bra off on the show and started plopping them around. also, how can she talk about obesity and uglyness and be so compassionate about it when she's a successful model? not right. also, i don't think she's very talented (she can't sing, she's not very funny, and she can not dance), and she's not even the prettiest or skinniest victorias secret model (not that you have to be but she acts like she is). however, my husband thinks she's the hottest black women alive and he'd leave me for her in a heartbeat! :P

shes a very beautiful top model.. but ive never really watched all of her show.. only a few minutes. but i think its gona be very good and soon itll be like oprah: but till now its still not so good.. (itll take her a long time until becoming as successfull as oprah)
