I agree with TJ about Lowenstein's biography of Buffett. Probably the best all-around Buffett book.
If you want more "nuts and bolts", read Buffettology. There are specific examples of investments. Word of warning...the book makes the process look very simple, and you might say "is this all there is?" In reality, it is VERY difficult.
If you have a little more time on your hands, you should read EVERY letter he wrote to his shareholders. He pretty much lays out his investment philosophy every year in these letters.

I would recommend Lowenstein's book, "Buffett: The Making of an American Capitalist".
http://www.amazon.com/Buffett-Making-an-American-Capitalist/dp/0385484917/sr=8-1/qid=1157156485/ref=pd_bbs_1/103-2561863-1154260?ie=UTF8&s=books
It is a biography, but it is a well-written one.
A lot of people write about Buffett's investment approach, without really seeming to get what he has done and how he has done it. There are a lot of badly written "Buffett Way" books out there.
But I thought Lowenstein did a really good job of taking the reader through Buffett's personal and investment history. I think it becomes apparent after a single read, that most people are incapable of emulating Buffett or his approach. He is one of a kind.

So..
You should try with Penny Stocks Trading (you can find more info here: http://pennystocks.toptips.org )
Penny stocks, also known as cent stocks in some countries, are common shares of small public companies that trade at low prices per share.
I've been subscribing to this PennyStock web site for about a year now and have loved the objective advice they give. He really does look for quality stocks and I've made some pretty nice profits on a lot of his suggestions. Being still fairly new to investing I have been dabbling a lot in penny stocks to try and grow my account. I may not have a big account, but it's a lot bigger than it was a year ago. On just one of Nathan's picks this year I managed to make my investment back ten-fold! Be careful! Penny stocks are notoriously risky but if you follow the right method the risk is almost 0. I suggest to invest only little money first and then reinvest the profits. This is the site I'm using: http://pennystocks.toptips.org
Good Bye
