It depends. If you have your phone linked to a built-in bluetooth system in some cars, you don't have to open the phone when it rings. You answer your phone and hang it up by pushing buttons embedded in the steering wheel in the Lexus.

The Motorola Razr Vm from Verizon will... Just remember to open it back up and push the end button to stop useing up minutes when you are done with the phone call....psst don't learn this the hard way with a high phone bill

I have a Nokia 6 something that isn't a flip phone and it has speaker phone.

Most of them do, like I have a Samsung SCH-a930 and it does, my old E815 did, and most samsungs do, ask before you buy.
