Fat is also important in your daily diet. I have yo-yo dieted for most of my life. If there is a diet written, I tried it hahaha... What I found out is if you deprive your self of something, it only makes it harder. If you want the brownie, have the brownie, only 1.. that is the trick, limitations... after the brownie, have a big glass of water. I have found that sometimes we are actually thirsty instead of hungry. It doesn't matter what you eat, it is the quantity, and when you eat, and how much exercise you get. I learned that I can have that piece of cheese cake for dessert, not in-between meals, and not every day..limitations... 1 piece of fudge instead of 4. The best way to lose weight is slowly, even though we wish it would be quick. I have tried sooo many diets, where ya lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks.. and they work too. But, you gain it all back when you start having 3 meals a day. Just watch how much you are eating, that is all.

well it is hard i try and eat something healthy before i eat the bad thing. like if i eat a couple carrots before i can have anything else. so a couple of carrots and water may help you get past the craving

Just tell youself you have had it before and as a reward when you finally shed those unwanted pounds that you will have it again. in moderate portions.

It doesnt work. It makes you want more. I allow myself a little and then stop.

i try to think about how i would look if i get skinny and how nic clothes would look on me and how i wouldn't have to squeeze into nice clothes.
