I was on a veggy diet a few months ago. It helped me lost weight and my body muted quite strangely (my butt almost disappeared!). Now I am on a more balanced diet. But anyway, to recommend you something, have some eggs. You might want to make it a full breakfast by adding coffee and toast.

Is cheddar cheese on your diet? If so, a small chunk of that eaten slowly and savoring, letting it melt in your mouth as you chew it helps me. But if you can't have cheese, then some other form of protein eaten the same slow way. Hope this helps you. I feel your pain and I'll pray for you. Really, I will.

how about an egg white omellette on whole grain bread with some fruit on the side?
I dunno.
What kind of diet is it?
Might help if you buy some good groceries, so you'll have some options. Fresh fruit and veggies would be a good start ;)

Eat some apples, oatmeal, sugar-free chocolate, celery, or an orange. Those are sweet and filling, and won't be crammed with all the preservatives and sodium that fast food has.

Yogurt, or maybe one of those salad kits that come pre-made! I do that. I buy a salad kit and eat the whole thing as a meal. It's for a side dish for a family, but they aren't high in calories and you fill up on them.

for the life of me i cant figure this out., why why why, why are you not good enough? dont you know the magazines are full of fake women, that the avarage lady is a size 14. please stop starving yourself. its not about what you eat, its how much you eat. eat a little all day, not one big meal. if you want a twix, eat the damn thing/. so you dont look like britney speires, o well nobody does, and nobody looks like me, or you, because we are perfect the way we are

your not going to loose wieght on a diet like that if your hungrey eat somthing thats good for you your brain needs food you just have to remaber to decrease your intace of carbs and excersice more and if your looking for a quick fix ephederine its iligale but alot of body fitnice places still carie it "in the back" get on that has caffiine in it and FOLOW DIRECTIONS or your looking at an early heart atack!!!!

Make a fruit salad. My mom puts cool whip in hers but I have squeezed the juice from a lemon and an orange instead so that it is still healthy and you get full.

celery helps as something to fill your tummy. Water 30 minutes before your meal also helps. And I take green tea extract to increase energy and decrease cravings
and prayer can help really water can help so much and flushes the toxins from your body too
