I had a safe box in the bank for 6 year ,and used it once or twice per year.yesterday in my suprise when i went to the bank after about 6 months i find out they changed the safe key and asigined it to somebody else(i have my key and it doesn't work any more!) and they don't have the data for that box from 2002-2006- missing-as i have never recievd any thing from the bank and i had so many valuable things in that safe ,what is my obtions.which kind of lawyer i have to go to?

First report it to the police, but you will have to have evidence that you had rented that box. Second, contact an attorney who does personal injury cases, because you will not be able to afford an attorney who bills you by the hour. However, your greatest problem will be trying to prove what was in the box. Your word alone, will probably not be enough. Eventually, they will find a record, banks often misplace them but rarely loose them, so make sure your facts are correct.

You would want a civil attorney, familiar with commercial transactions. If the bank basically took or disposed of your personal property, that is almost certainly an actionable offsense.
