I Used to apply A Tongue Brush until eventually finally I Learnt That they convey each and all of the Dry And bacteria Off Your Tongue, i'm going to Use Mouth Wash If i pass out some the place in the previous I leave for added sparkling Breath:)<3

I do cause it doesn't do any good to brush your teeth if you are putting germs right back on them with your tongue. A even better question might be how many floss? It is just as important
if not more so cause it gets rid of food that was stuck in your teeth that would have later led to a cavity.

yes i do. not so much because of the bacteria, even though the tongue is one of a few muscles that the bosdy has that actually fights batercia better than others, but also by brushing your tongue, bad breath (well its harder for u to have it)

I brush my tongue every time I brush my teeth, because that is part of where bad breath comes from. I hope you all do your gums too.

yes, to get rid of that bad breath. But what you should be asking is how many people floss every day. I have gotten out of that habit and it's not good, cause once you start back, your gums bleed. I just hate the time it takes and never seem to do it right.

I do! Though I do it because it puts that minty fresh toothpaste taste on my tongue. Having it be clean is nice, of course, but I really just want the taste of long-eaten food out of my mouth.
