Young lady you have plenty of time,whats the big deal,12 year old girls,should be concerned about school work,enjoy being 12,you will never be 12 again, and don't get swayed by your friends,now stay healthy and join some school,activities.........

I go to a bar or other hangout where people my own age will be.
I usually get noticed and I strike up a conversation.
At some point I would tell them if I found them attractive.

you give guys you like lots of eye contact, show LOTS of confidence, work up your shyness to treat guys like friends (like hug them and tell them they are good friends) but dont become intimadatiing, learn how to work your shyness at proper moments--never show off to any guys. They will soon look at you differently. But eye contact, teasing them a little, and treating them like friends is the number #1 trick that works every time. good luck!
