I'm a sophmore in college and along with workstudy I work at a fast-food restuaraunt at night. The 2 nite supervisors have been screwin me over since I been here.
BOSS 1: A feminine acting older guy who on my 1st day told me to come in at 12. But when I call back the main boss tell me that the schedule said 10 he didnt know why he told me to come in late becuz I would be fired for sure,
BOSS 2: is only 2 years older than me, she is so ignorant. She has 5 kids and 4 babydaddies and sleeps during the whole shiftand has the nerve to get mad when we dont answer the drive threw while she is sleep.(some nites she is responsible for the drive threw)She cause the main boss ot deduct hours from my schedule saying my performance has declined,& i only been here 2weeks.She is the only boss who says that, all the others one say I'm on a rise, but how can she tell she sleep! She has it out for me, Im sure.
Should I approach both bosses or Should I report this 2 the main boss OR BOTH?

If that happen to me I will find another job. I will stay in that job until I find another job. If I had no choice but to stay there I wont bring this problem personally to them I will bring it to the main boss and see if he does anything. Now if hes a jerk and protectes and favors those other 2 supervisor then it will be defintely time to look for another job. Oh and if I was you I will try to get video footage of your supervisor sleeping and present it to your main boss. If was the boss I will have fire those 2 jerks a long time ago.

I say you should take the mistreatment for now .laugh at it. the job you are speaking of is only temporary. If it stresses you and you complain.quit this job only once you land another one.keep your spirit up .fight.evil people are a part of nature just as positive.Dont let them steal your joy.

Definitely... you should QUIT!!! There is no reason for you to suffer any longer... it would be quite frustrating being in that situation. It is a Herculian task to change them... better to leave them and look for a job and a workplace that would contribute to your well being!!!

Find another job first, then quit.

Better luck next time.
