No when Saddam was willing to play ball he got hand shakes ...when he decided he wanted a bigger slice of the pie he became a scape goat..duh ?

It seems that, for some people, time does not exist. Nor does change.
When Saddam was a friend of many nations seeking to stem Iranian Islamist aggression, he was well treated. After he sent tanks to conquer Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, things changed.
