I left Vietnam off for the joy of future debate.

We are back in Vietnam after a short vacation.

Korea is still a active US base location.

The US Marine barracks at the Bieruit Airport was rebuilt after Hezbillah bombed it durring the Raygun years. We are still there.

I'm sorry alisandra"The troops in Guantanamo are under the command of Castro"

Castro never commanded American soldiers.

We have military bases in Germany Japan Korea Okanawa Philipines Guam Holland England Ireland Spain Italy. The list goes on and on.

And Yes Vietnam granted us a Navel base location to help with the pirates in the East China Sea.

Our track record indicates we don't leave war zones - there are a couple of exceptions, though.

How about Vietnam? We were winning the war and the politicans walked away because of the traitors at home. This is the fight for our future. When we finish the job in Iraq, we will show the commies in the world we mean business. Then we will likely go into Iran, though they are ripe for a revolution there.

The troops in Guantanamo are under the command of Castro and yes we withdrew from Japan and Germany after they agreed to obey us, we withdrew from Lebanon and Somalia to get marines out of harm's way, and it would be smart to withdraw from Iraq while we still have the chance. I forgot to mention we never made it past the DMZ into North Korea. We have withdrawn from war zones like Cuba (Bay of Pigs) and Rwanda.
Go Juicy Fruit Go! lol.
I'm sorry Big Red, the troops in Guantanamo are under the command of Castro because it belongs to Cuba under international law. And by command I mean "rules or order" because they're on Cuban territory. Try looking it up here- http://www.gibbonslaw.com/publications/uploadedfiles/Gibbons-nlj.pdf

Alessandra, Castro doesn't have troops in Guantanamo, it's a U.S. Military base. The U.S. has never lost a single battle in Vietnam, the Democrats lost that war in Congress. They were on the verge of surrender and we were winning. After we left Vietnam, 3,000,000 people were slaughtered. Congratulations Democrats, way to save lives!

When we have withdrawn from war zones rather than complete the objective, the results have been horrendous. Lebanon and Vietnam.

When we have remained united as a nation and let the enemy know that he could not possibly win, that we would persist until he no longer existed, we not only won, we brought the defeated back into the world of mutually cooperative and prosperous nations.

Don't let the Leftists defeat the US again like when they brought victory to Communist North Vietnam.

You really should know your facts before you start spouting your "go big red go" rhetoric.........What about Vietnam & Korea for starters?? So what's your proposal, stay in Iraq another 5, 10, 15, 20 years?? I'd like to hear your plan.

I have an idea. Why don't we Canadians pop on down to Washington and burn the White House down AGAIN, just like we did in 1812?

Oh yeah, you withdrew from that completely unprovoked attack too, after we kicked your asses.
