How do I configure my function keys to work as shortcut for text input eg email adress.?

instead f having to type my email all the time.

You can only do that If you still have the installation CD for the keyboard, run it and they let you configure your function keys as you like following a installation menu for each of them.

You can also on the email account choose "don't forget my email address" on the page you normally type your email and next time the email appears and you only got to write the password.
