When he was doing his comedy tours I thought he was hilarious! I still enjoy some of his movies but it isn't the old Eddie Murphy anymore. I still laugh whenever I remember him holding an imaginary ice cream cone singing "I got ice cream and you ain't got no ice cream cause your mama's on welfare."

Eddie is doing just fine. He's got a major movie due out in December. And he took time off to deal with his failed marriage.
All those shrek movies set hime up for life>

Someone said that he has a movie deal coming.
I've also heard rumors that he might be getting married again but this time to Melanie Brown (Scary) of the Spice Girls. That might just be a rumor though.
