What do you say to yourself to get yourself out of bed in the morning?

I " just spring up out of bed automatically". Of course I am helped by four dogs, four cats, two parrots and one pony, each of which thinks I should feed, water, pet, play with them first.
Seriously, any person who has spent time in the military has no difficulty getting up.

What motivates me to get out of bed is that I am thankful for what I have and I only have to read the paper or watch the news to know how good I really have it.
I do not spring out of bed though, the days in which I make an effort to consciously appreciate things are the days that are my best.

I don't really say anything because if I started talking to myself I would most likely psychoanalyze the importance of needing more sleep anyway, completely defeating the purpose.

Hurry up and get a glass of water and a 200mg caffiene pill, you can get a half hour in on yahoo answers before you have to leave for work! That is how I get my @ss up in the am.

It's mostly an automatic reflex jumping up after turning off the alarm clock....but mostly it's something in my head saying "if you don't get up you can't pay the mortgage".
