You are made a commitment to someone else. Obviously, you are unhappy with your partner, deal with the issues in your marriage first and just treat your co-worker as a co-worker. You can't stop the feelings, but you should be asking yourself why you are having feelings for someone other than your partner.

I strongly believe when I got married it was forever. If you feel the same way here's what I would do in your position. I would do my best to stay completely away from the guy at work. If your not around him there's no way to yield to temptation. If it came down to it I would quit my job before letting those feelings take a hold on me. I think it's natural for those thoughts to occur and it's up to you to either give in to them or ignore them. Unless you do something to stop them they definitely could get out of control. Would your husband understand if you confessed your worry to him? He could probably also help you through it. Hope that helps a little.

No there is no way not to have feelings, but there are plenty of ways not to act on them. Remember this, if he is interested in you, you should be insulted. That would mean he perceives you as a woman without honor.
Workplace romances are common but you must consider the consequences. Is it worth it.Is it worth losing your husband, home , family , respect for a roll in the hay, than do it. if not Be strong.
You can't stop a bird from flying around your head, but you can sure as hell stop it from building a nest in your hair.
I hope I've been helpful.

The difference between humans and animals. Humans are not supose to act on every impulse. Get over it. Walk Away. Get the song it helps play it all day.

To options. Find another job, but it is possible it could be the same situation some where else. Be nice, from a distance. Keep it short and sweet. No socializing.

You "think" you have "some" feelings for this guy.
Don't persue your feelings or try to become close with this guy. Even if your married, your only human to have these type of feelings. Keep them to yourself and don't act on them and the feelings will pass.

What is it about him that stirs these feelings? remember you only seeing one side of his persona, he might not be all that perfect. If you are a bit bored with the normal routine of your marraige and things are getting a bit stale.....the do something to liven it up....your husband maybe feeling the same way

Stiffen up your backbone; remember why you got married in the first place; remember your wedding vows; do not encourage it in any manner; don't go to lunch or coffee breaks with him; don't laugh and tee hee at his silly jokes when he passes you in the hallway; STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND REMEMBER YOUR FAMILY THAT IS WAITING FOR YOU AT HOME.
