My house sits on a slab no basement or crawl space and I am looking to add a new bathroom

The easiest, least expensive way is suggested by number one answer. You'll still have to locate the drain line that connects to your other toilet however and tie into it. You might also check with permits and zoning office locally, as it involves sewage.

You can either bust up some of the concrete to install the plumbing or you can add a step up toilet where you build a wood platform to put the toilet on and run your plumbing under it.

You are going to cut a hole, and tap into your drain system for the toilet, than fill everything back up with dirt, and pour new concrete
