A strainer will get the peas out.
Then, you can run the mixture through a cofee filter to get the sand out, leaving the water-oil-salt behind.
Since salt is not soluble in oil, and oil does not mix with water, leaving the mix in a bottle will eventually get the oil (lighter than water) float at the surface, where it can be picked up with a spoon (a delicate and lengthy process, but perhaps you can chill the liquid, and the oil would congeal before the water freeze).
Then all you have still mixed is water and salt, and since you do not have to bring back the water, you just boil it away, leaving just salt behind.

Get a strainer and run your mixture through it (this will separate the peas). Next step, heat up the mixture in a pot (to dissolve the salt molecules into the water). While the mixture is still warm, drain into another container. What is left from the origanl container is the sand (which is more dense than the mixture and will be in the bottom of the container). Next, shake up the oil and water mixture and let it stand for a few hours... since oil is less dense than water, the oil will be on top of the water (which you can then scoop out with a spoon). Now you have the water and salt mixture... to extract the salt, you can pour the mixture into a coffee maker.. turn on the coffee maker as if you're making coffee... also, be sure to put a coffee filter in the coffee maker. the water would be in the coffee pot and the salt molecules would be "trapped" in the coffee filter.

pour the mixture into a pan and let it settle. when it has settled, carefully spoon the oil from the surface. oil consists of unpolar molecules, whereas water molecules are polar and so one will not dissolve in the other, and because oil is lighter than water it'll float on top. next, take all the peas out whichever way you want, fingers, spoon, whatever. now pour the whole affair into a sieve. that will let the water with the dissolved salt in it through but keep the sand back. last but not least, pour the water (with the dissolved salt in it) back into the pan and boil it dry. you'll find the salt at the bottom of the pan. if you need to bring the water in in a ziplock bag too, you'll need to make yourself a crude distilling apparatus, for that see hawkeye pierce's moonshine distillery in any rerun of m*a*s*h you might care to mention. ;)

Do the stuff Vincent G said, eccept maybe you can get the salt out of the water by trying to grow it like a crystal on a peice of mono fillement once you get down to water & salt.
It only works if it is REALLY salty water though
Put the water salt mix in a jar,
Tie a piece of mono fillement around a "seed" crystal of salt, like a coarse "sea salt" crystal tape the other end to a stick or pencil with just enough slack to hang the "seed crystal" in the middle of the jar"
Put a loose cover over it, and put it in a closet for about 2 weeks, the salt should form a rock, like "rock candy" from when you were a kid.

You can probably collect the peas out from the mixture.
Oil floats on the top. You can get the top part out and heat it to evaporate the water. What remains is oil.
Finally remains water, salt, and sand.
Dissolve all the salt in water, and seperate the water and salt mixture from sand. Make sure to wash the sand again to remove all the salt.
Now heat the water until it evaporates and what remains is salt.

Sift it to remove the peas
Put it through muslin to remove the sand
Scoop the oil off (there might be a better way to do that)
Evaporate the water and you're left with the salt
