Yes you can. I used to work at a bank. If you take it back to where it was purchased at (store or bank) and have the reciept or even the amount and day it was purchased they will trace it for you and also get you a copy. its the same as if you wrote a check. If it hasnt cashed and its been awhile (usually over 30 days) they will replace it for you or give you your money back. Although you will usually have to pay a stop pymnt fee if you do either of those. Good luck!

If you have your copy of the Money Order receipt, there is probably a number on the copy that you can use to find out if it has been cashed.

You will probably have to contact the company that issued the Money Order (U.S. Postal service, or where you bought it.) write them a letter with the money order transaction number, the name of the person to whom you made out the money order.

Yes...especially postal money orders and Western Union. It takes a while, but they can find out if it has been cashed by the number assigned to it. Other money order vendors may not offer to track, but those two will definitely track a money order because they value customers.

contact the company that the money order was purchased from and ask then to trace the serial number thats on your reciept. if you lost the reciept, you're SOL.

You can.You have to have the money order stub,and who you sent it to.Then call the number on the back of it or go to the website of the money order carrier.Follow their instructions.It will sometimes take awhile.

yea you can put in a transfer and the post office will send you a copy of the back to show you it has been cashed.
There is a charge.
