Can I make a Visual Basic Stand - alone?

I have Visual Basic studio 2005. Can I make an app. that doesn't load onto the start menu, Add/remove programs, etc.? I want just a stand alone, and the publisher automatically does the start menu install.

OK to make shorter. No install just run.

Sorry for the rambling.

Bypass the publisher and use the compiler directly.
