Ive watched the last three game against the Tigers and he has made some very good plays, yes most were routine but hes hitting his target when he throws which has been his problem all year. If he can get passed those struggles i expect a huge last two months.

To whoever said that there's one month left, there are actually two months left if you include the postseason. I believe that A-Rod will do okay near the end of the season, then be great during the post season.

Yes, you are right. He hasn't made much mistakes lately, and he's starting to hit the ball - HR yesterday and today. Nick Green sucks d1ck, if you would take him over ****** you obviously aren't watching any Yankees games. He struck out 3 times in one game against the Sux and ran into Robinson Cano while he was about to make a catch.

****** is getting hot, I think we can definitely make it to the World Series and shove a trophy in all those Red Sux fans' faces.

A-Rod is a big joke... and I'm a Yankee fan. He makes more money a year than the entire Devil Rays team, and he does not earn it. Thank god for DJ and G-man, or we'd be in last place waiting on A-Rod. I'd rather just play Nick Green... no joke. With Shef and Zilla coming back, we don't need the A-Rod show. He needs to talk to Oprah or god or someone and solve his emotional problems IN THE OFFSEASON.

As a Yankee fan I'm hoping he comes up big as well. Too many people forget that he's a SS playing 3rd base. He's had some issues this year, but a big October and people won't being booing him anymore.

His defense has improved however. He's made some smooth plays and looked good doing it. He hasn't had an error for awhile either.

A-Rod is a good defender, I dont think he'll ever win a gold glove at third base because the AL keeps finding great third basemen (Inge, Crede, Chavez, Blalock, Lowell). But hey third was never his position and he would still be winning gold gloves if he played at short (2 gold gloves in a row before moving to third). Its kinda sad actually to see the best shortstop in the league playing out of position and those longer throws are tough for him.

That speaks volumes, when you applaud him for making routine plays. He is a liability at third base.

he is a gud playa and hit many homeruns, but he is a SS, so he probably don't play that gud 3rd baseman......
