Possibly the blue whale. There's virtually no limit to how large an aquatic animal can evolve, but land animals are limited in size by scaling; you increase the length by a factor of 10 and increase all the other dimensions in proportion. The weight to be carried increases 1 000 times but the cross-sectional areas to support it only increase 100 times. Probably nothing much larger than a brachiosaurus ever lived on dry land.
