Scan your computer for Spiware, Viruses, trojens and worms.
To do this if your windows in legal go to the micrisift website and download Windows Defender
If you computer is not legal download AVG antivirus and Spybot from Download.com
To temporarreley stop the popups disconnect the internet connection when you are not using the net.

Go to lavasoft and download Ad - Aware se personal
Its Free ....Then Download Spybot search and destroy
It is also free. Do a full system scan with both.
Nothing is perfect and if one misses something , chances are the other won't .
If you have a anti virus program.Get another one .
If you dont ? Try and put it on your things to do list.

On Yahoo mail beta:
Click contacts in the left hand pannel (under inbox)
Click "New Distribution List"
Call te new list something meaningful e.g. "myfriends"
Add the email addresse of all your friends, and save.
Then compose and email and in the "to" box to enter the name of the list e.g. "myfriends"

Try downloading spybot search and destroy fron www.download.com, this removes spyware and adware that causes pop ups.
