Abercrombie is the suckiest brand ever! Their clothes are for people who are stick thin, and the people who work their are only and only hot, snobby, and young. They should be sued for playing such loud music at their store. So many people in this country have asthma, and they spray thier crappy perfume all over the store every hour, on the hour. They think they're cool for playing dance music at their store, but they don't even sell clubbing clothes. They sell AMERICAN CLOTHES! They're clothes are so expensive, and are made out of cheap paper thin material. They think their clothes are Luxury! They have tube tops in the Abercrombie Kids, and they actually think parents are actually going to let their 10 year old daughter look like and smell like a prostitute!

I mean, I mostly shop at Lacoste. Lacoste products are a little bit more pricey, but Lacoste isn't sexist or racist. The clothes at Lacoste last really long, and are made out of very fine material. Their clothes you can wear anytime, anywhere! Abercrombie. I have been there about five to six times, and I hate it. They have a sweatshirt there, that is made from polyester, that cost 65$! And the sales tax in Illinois is 9%! I go to a private school in Chicago, and a lot of people there go to Abercrombie! I hate that store. In kids, they only have sizes up to 16 SLIM! Not all kids fit into 16SLIM! Why don't they have 16 regular? Abercrombie is for stupid suburban High School Kids with not life! It's not like celebs wear abercrombie!

I never thought about that before, but yea that is true about what u said. Some of the stuff there r resonable but most aren't, I think hollister clothes are made of better quality & heck of alot cheaper.& everyone who works there r a size 2 & gorgeous. I think they should make bigger sizes though I only bought 1 shirt from there but I shop @ Hollister alot more. If imma pay $50 4 a shirt from Abercrombie I would rather pay a lil bit more & buy a lacoste shirt that is very good quality & goes with everything.

I personally don't like their clothes but worked there for two weeks because the manager guy offered me a job when I went in there for the first time with my friend. I found a lot of the people working there were snobby. Only one guy was nice to me there but I quit, and I don't think I was even supposed to be working there because I'm only 15 but yea. The tube top for 10 year olds is gross, I didn't know they had an Abercrombie Kids but I definately won't be going there.

Yeah, you need to calm down. Dont' get so worked up, it's a store, nothing more. In my experience, all the employees I've seen and dealt with have been very friendly, sociable, and helpful. I personally don't have one complaint about their behavior. If you don't like the store, don't go in there, but don't go into yahoo answers just to *****. I go on here to ask a legitimate question, not rant. And their shirts run $30, but they have a clearance rack in the back made especially for people just like you where they run in the $12-15 range. And also, I don't want to hear about how expensive if you buy from Lacoste. You lose your ranting priveledges about how pricey it is when you buy from a (slightly) more expensive store. No more ranting priveledges for you.

All in all, calm down, it's just a store, and a store that many people like. So quit getting everyone all 'riled up' and try asking a legitimate question next time you post a question. So to answer your 'question', I don't agree "wiht" your theory.

I completely agree with the loud music thing! You know you are near the store before you can even see it because you can hear the music. Even their size large shirts are TINY, and some of their pants are way too low rise. Their shirts have horrible sayings on them. A lot of stores like this (especially hollister) have terrible lighting too. You can't see what the clothing really looks like because it is so dark - i guess that how they get away with selling tissue thin clothing - you can't tell how much shows through them in the dressing rooms.

I can completely see where you are coming from...but i think you are being a little harsh on some subjects. First of all, i have seen plenty of ugly people working at abercrombie...but i do think they would ignore you if you didnt have a good body. But it is a free country and they can play their music as loud as they want to and spray as much perfum as they want. There clothes really arnt that expensive and if you are saying that their clothes are meant for people that are stick thin...why does abercrombie and fitch make up to size 12!! i think you are just jealous....but i do think that most of their clothes are ugle and cheap!

I know! in kids, they don't have normal sizes, they have for age. Like their size eight is for an eight-year-old, not for a normal size eight. I mean, even the things for sixteen-year-olds are too small for me, it's like they'll only fit people who are a size two or smaller everywhere else. and their sizes are inconsistent. i tried on a shirt and it fit me like it was two sizes too small, and i tried on another thing and it fit me like normal. it's weird. But i think i should have at least something from there b/c it's kind of expected of teens. I agree with the thin material though, i mean people have to wear a camisole even under their sweaters.

I'm not saying I don't like their clothes cause I do. I just wish I didn't, you know? it's like, wearing abercrombie makes you cool.

I don't get their advertising campaign though, like a girl with no shirt or bra on laying on top of a guy with no shirt on? I guess it boils down to the fact that their clothes are meant to be taken off the body, not put on it.

I agree with only some things. I like their clothes but I think they get ruined very easily and it wastes money. But the music was never loud and there wasnt too too much perfume. It was just right. And why are you complaining only about Abercrombie? Hollister is the same only with better quality clothes.

Whoa whoa whoa. Now I may not like paying $50 for a pair of pants i can find at a second hand store for $5 as much as the next person. But this is america! And I'll be damned if you cant blast deafening music in your own store or give parents the option of dressing their own daughters up as 10 year old hookers! Quit hating! If you dont like their crap go open your own store. With lame soft music for lame parents to buy lame clothes for their lame 10 year old daughter!

..They make prostitute perfume? That's pretty cool.

NOT TRUE!

just because the people who work there are pretty doesn't mean they are not good people. The music is not loud and many of th shoppers like the music. The perfume smells amazing! Nothing is wrong with Americans or their clothing. They may be overpriced, but so are plenty of other clothes. There clothes are actually very comfortable. And plenty of 10 yr olds wear tube tops

the clothes are not 80 bucks! u can get stuff for 15-30!.
