toothpast only works for a short while..
There are many home remedies available...
Take some garlic cloves and apply on your face twice daily. Make a fine paste of grinded neem and water and apply on your face once or twice daily. You may also make a paste
of grinded orange peel and water and apply that on your face once or twice daily.
Use any one of the alternatives from the three above and you will notice the difference within a few weeks.
prevent further eruptions of acne by drinking lots of fluids and including fruits, greens and salads in your diet. Also avoid aerated drinks, oily food and sweets.
finally.. you must make sure your skin is clean as this is a major factor with acne..

Toothpaste does work. I spend most of my teenage years smothered in the stuff. Aquafresh isn't that good. I preferred Colgate but don't get it too close to your eyes because it makes your eyes water like you been chopping onions all day!!!
I still use it now for my spot and I'm now in my 30s!! lol
I found toothpaste much better than all the shop-bought lotions and potions.
Good luck xx

Drink more water and fresh fruit juices (not fizzy stuff or squash); eat more fresh fruit, especially apples and ordinarily uncooked veg, e.g. lettuce, carrots, onion.
Eat less fatty food, chocolate, fast food of any description. All of the above will save you money rather than cost you money.
Wash with (mild) shampoo, not soap, using water that's not too hot. Change face-cloth daily.
Toothpaste sounds a bit extreme. Think of it like this, if you walk on bare feet eventually abrasion causes the skin to dry, but also to thicken and become less cosmetically attractive. If you use abrasive stuff on your face it has the same effect of denaturing the surface layers and you will inherit other problems down the road.

Toothpaste dries them out, the chemist is full of these magical creams to sort this lot out, but its all amzing amounts of money. my opinion is every opportunity rinse off your face with hot water and a soap such as dove it dries off the skin and grease can be what causes acne, it will certainly help/

toothpast dont work, dont wear makeup for a week and wash with carbolic soap - that pink stuff in the school loos. if you have a fringe grow it out as this will encourage spots on your forehead. dont sqeeze you just spread the germs round your face and change your piullowcases reguarly

Ermmm, make sure you wash your face, and dont use lotion or moisturiser on your facial skin. But if you wanted to just spend a little bit of money on some treatment get clearisal pads or facial scrub, they get rid of blackheads and there are lots of treatments out now for acne just go to a pharmency or sumit! :)

dont use anything other than a gentle soap - Dove, and water to wash your face - do this at least twice a day, change your pillowcase every night (or use a fresh towel on your pillow every night) and dont share your pillow with anyone, you must be strict and adhere to this and you will see a result it may take a couple of weeks but dont give up!
