You have to connect ur iPod to ur computer with iTune program
*Open iTune
*Select IPod Icon from iTune Source List.
*Click the Options button then click Music
*Select "Manually manage songs and playlists"
*Select the songs you like to delete
*Press Delete key or Backspace on your keyboard
When you manually manage your songs and playlists, you must manually eject your iPod before you disconnect iTune.

1. itunes library uncheck the ones u dont want or just delete the using right side of mouse then delete
2. plug in ur ipod then update it

hook your ipod up to the computer and then uncheck it in your itunes library

just remove it from your itunes list
