No, but I've been out happy mingling and suddenly noticed my zipper was open on my pants. It is a road hazard for being a guy. I think there are many more for women.

Here's the best wardrobe malfunction story I've ever seen. Better than Janet Jackson. I was in an audience of about 30 men and maybe 5 women listening to a sales presentation on disability insurance or something like that We're all a bunch of important people in a formal conference room and dressed in suits. The presenter was an attractive woman - no doubt why she was chosen to present. I'm sure she was nervous and anxious. She was clearly eager to make a good impression and make a huge sale. But by the time she got up, the middle button on her top had somehow come undone. It was designed with only 4 buttons, each being crucial for the intended purpose. So, even though the top button was secure, the gap exposed by the failure of button 2 was large. It plainly exposed pretty much all of the white bra with a little bit of lace on the cup and the strap that she was wearing. This went on for all of her 45 minutes in front of us. She was an animated speaker and waved her arms a lot. This made quite an enticing peep show for a room full of guys. No one knew what to say or do. How would you? Do you stand up and and say "hey lady, your boobs are showing"? When she was done she let us know she would stick around to answer questions one on one. We all filed out of the room as quickly as we could. I think I speak for all of the guys when I tell you that I don't remember a thing she said that day but I remember her presentation with crystal clarity.

I can only imagine how she must have felt when she figured out what had happened that day. All she had to do was look in a mirror.

Not on backwards, but one time I did wear a new shirt an entire evening out without anyone mentioning that the size tag was still on the front. It was not until I was heading home that someone pointed it out to me.

Maybe it's just the way I'm built, or the shirts I prefer to wear, but if I put it on backwards it constricts against my throat and is very uncomfortable.

Inside out...felt like an idiot. Still much better than walking out of a bathroom with toilet paper coming out the back of your pants...
