there's nothing bad about sunless tanning, and it won't burn your skin unless your skin is really sensitive and gets irritated easily. but, it's a much safer and better alternative than tanning, plus depending on the brand you buy, it'll provide the same results. you can buy spray cans, build-a-tans, lotions, and the list goes on. they all have different methods of applications, and some are better than others. i would recomment spray cans, they are usually instant and provide the most real results. but that also depends on the brand you buy. hope my advice helped.

well to be ruthlessly honest, you have to use sunless tanning with minimal real tanning or else the only kind of tan you're gonna get is a fake orangey tan that isn't tan in the very least.
If you were to get the minimum of initial tan from laying out in the sun only 30 minutes a day every other day, and use the sunless tanning stuff everyday, can you get a tan that looks like you've been going to the beach all day everyday all summer.
Thats the trick to using it and getting the best results from it.
But I prefer just a normal natural tan from catching rays 2-3 times a week, you know take a little nap in the sun for a couple of hours, and just cook.
Well I did grow up in Hawai'i you know. How do I know how to get the most from tan in a bottle? Well, when I lived up north in Michigan (the summers there are soo short!) you had to learn how to use the stuff to get the most out of it for the best results, if you wanted a convincing look in a place where everyone else is so "light".

dont do it if your a blonde
it just looks stupid, youll look like a pumpkin, white gurls were made to be white so just accept your skin tone, and if you want a tan that bad go in the sun for an hour a day and tan

Most brands out have nothing in them to actually hurt you. If you don't apply it right, you can get streaky. Wrong color, too dark, not a good look. Some smell funny on your skin after an hour or so.

well...after useing many brands to find the best one...i maust say they all stink....some smell horrible....no matter how long you wait to wear clothing,,,it still stains your clothes....GET THIS...you know when you take a shower...if you don't wash those 2001 body parts evenly...you will get spotty....and the places where the water runs down your leg in the shower...you'll get streaks....the worst place is around the ankle area...that skin is loose and moves alot , so you will get elephant skin....and the elbows and knees and neck area.....wow...i think i said enough.....one more thing...depending on your skin...you may comeout looking like a fire mishap...or and orange peel...good luck though....

Nothing bad unless you don't exfoliate and moisturize before use...otherwise you get nice orange streaks that show every dry scaly or cracked part of your skin...using too much of it will do the same and will stain your clothing.

Depends on the person and where, on the body, you want to use it. I used it on my arms and it turned out great - however - they all wash off over time. I used it on my legs and it came out all splotchy and I developed a rash. Haven't tried it on my face and I don't plan on it.
