Bullys are cowards that pick on smaller, more timid, people.
One thing about a bully...when they are stood up to...or even challenged...they are finished.
Bullys are people that have been bullied themselves.

Thats an excuse, not a reason. The reason you are a bully is because you chose to be, not beccause your parents didnt hit you. I was never hit, but im not a bully.
When u leave school and start work, you will find some very unpleasant people in the workplace who are bigger bullies than you, so stop and think about what you are doing. You are causing pain and misery, just to make yourself feel big.
Grow up and stop trying to blame others for your actions.

I agree with the one above you will meet your match, but dont think oh my parents never hit me, so I can bully some one whos weak
who do you think are , your just in school when you wont have parents and you have to face the real bullies of the world, what will you do then, dont be so proud , your parents can die at any time, who will support you then, you will definately learn a lesson now, I know from life , people like you always get the punishment at the end .

Since you have labelled yourself a bully, then you know what you are, and therefore, are also open-minded to being reformed. I think it's the American culture--that they can't hit their kids, and kids can even report to 911 if their parents hit them. It's the violent temper in you that turns you into a bully. If yoou feel like blowing your top, go for a walk, divert your attention, work, be busy, and then after sometime yur anger dissipates. Be calm and collected. Hurting people physically and verbally can be very expensive. You will end up spending just to say how sorry you are. smile!!!

Bullys are bullys often because others have not treated them right.......not anything to do with hitting alone and everything todo with emotions .....anger feeling unloved and unlovable. Bullys are the ones with a huge problem not the victim....tho it does notfeel like this to the victim but always worth remembering.
It is notthe case to say notfelt pain......not acknowledged the lack in life perhaps

My cousin who's 40 years old now too believes he was a bully because his parents never hit him.
He got away with everything he did. His parents always thought that everyone else was wrong & he was right. They even thought the 13 or 15 different schools they put him in were all wrong.

There was this woman in her 50s that was a bully, in personality and in character and would push people physically at work. She was reported numerous times, and NO action was taken to fire her.
Turns out her husband controls her and is abusive, but there is no reason why she should act this way towards other people.
Bullies exert power in big positions, management, business because you can't be kind and soft-hearted in big positions or you will be trampled on. Guess it takes all kinds.

Bullying is a form of control and power, much like rape to some degrees. Although past experience can be a factor, I think it's crap. A bully has the choice of how to live his life. It is all about respect, ha bully wants it and is willing to go the easy way to get (i.e. make people fear them).

i was bullied when i was younger, bullies are always quiet when you get them alone, away from their little gang, its more of a image thing now, to look cool and fit in kids need to bully. i know when i was 15,i was fed up with getting bullied, i ended up being a bit of a bully myself, knowing i scared other kids gave me confidence in myself, ok so i never actually hit anyone but it felt great knowing i had finially been accepted. i disagree with bullies, once you have been pulled to bits, had all your confidence taken away from you it's horrible, luckily as soon as i left school and got my 1st job, i mixed with a great bunch who helped build my confidence again.
i don't think its a matter of if parents hit their children or not, i dont agree with that either, its down to the individual if they decide to become bullies (sorry if it sounds harsh)
