Bravo. Thank you for having the balls to say this so eloquently. I've given up on tiptoeing myself. Sometimes it takes tough love.
Speaking of tough love... Certain groups in this country don't like being associated with crime and being 'profiled'. Well, if that's the case, why don't they take action and raise their kids to be model citizens? Instead they just let their kids roam around unsupervised doing as they please. Then when they get in trouble, the parents (and the local newspaper) wonder why this happened and blame it on the racist cops.
When are people going to get it? Albert Einstein had a wonderful quote: “The world is a dangerous place. Not because of the people who are evil; but because of the people who don't do anything about it.”
People (Muslims)... If a splinter group (terrorist fanatics) is making you and yours look bad... DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! SPEAK UP, AND DENOUNCE THEM. FIGHT THEM. To blame terrorism on the politics of western civilization is chicken crap. Terrorists are evil people and are doing you and the rest of us NO GOOD. To ignore this is to support it silently... don't you get that? Or worse, you do get it and you do support it. Hmmm?
Too bad your most recent Q was removed as I was typing this answer... way to go bro.
'Nuff said?

I think the bottom line is that most 'moderate' (whatever the media mean by that) Muslims should be saying suicide bombing and other kinds of murder are a bad thing, and not representative of Islam. A proportion of Muslims (moderate or not) can't say this as a blanket statement for the simple fact that the world is a mess. Fact. That is to say British Muslims who see, every day in places around the world, Palestine being the big example, Muslims being killed and treated like animals, find it hard to say that those Muslims shouldn't fight back.
This case of "Muslims bleating on" is a symptom of a wider condition, which must be addressed to sort things out.

While not all Muslims are terrorists, many do support terrorism. My brother was working in an office on 9/11 where many Muslims work.
When the news of the attacks was announced they all cheered and danced for joy. I cannot understand why women especially, defend such hatred. Muslim fascists started this war and I'm glad Bush and Blair have the guts to at least try to fight back.

Very clever Nanrai 18 but you just ripped that off someone else I saw it before. It doesn't answer this particular question anyway! The fact is that this is nothing to do with Islam and everything to do with the political dissafection of a significant number of people in this country. Our politicians have run out of ideas and it is time for a change.
Ofcourse a few lunatics blowing people up won't change anything, what is needed is the emergence of a new mass movement to get the political ball rolling again in the favour of the ordinary person in the street.

I do kinda understand where you are coming from.
Unfortunately many of the Islamic spokespersons who make it onto TV do appear to blame the police, goverment, British society, etc for the problems of young British Muslims feeling alienated. They never accept that the problems may be coming from their religion and culture.
It is my opinion that the Muslim community needs to make a more concerted effort to connect and bond with the wider British public and recognise that the Muslim community does have a HUGE problem that THEY need to urgently address.... not the government, police, etc. They need to stop passing the buck and work towards a mutual understanding. They need to work to stamp out extremism in THEIR religion and THEIR community... because they are the ones closest to it and know what is going on and can identify why this is happening.
By the way, many Sikhs are anti-Islamic because they feel that their religion has been persecuted by Islam for centuries.. they have closer bonds and identity to Christianity for this reason.
Clearly the anger is getting louder... and the division is getting bigger....

Appparently, your two previous answers totally missed your point. With a maximum of a 3 word sentence, all they did was show arrogance. I absolutely agree with you, England tolerates the preaching of hate by certain clerics, something I still have yet to understand. They only thing that I have a problem with is when you say they "they should accept the rules." I don't think that's possible in the world we live in today, but I definately think that something has be done concerning these idiot clerics. If you don't like the country that is giving you the freedome of speech among other things, get the hell out, this I agree with 100%

Sorry. Muslims have cornered the market in outrage. Mass grooming, hatred of every other religion and a complete lack of responsibility for acts done in the name of Islam are just a few, a very of the problems. Sick of tolerating the intolerant.

Not all Muslims are terrorists but most terrorists say they are Muslim. What really bothers me is that the leaders of this religion will not denounce those within their ranks who are saying and plotting terrorism. Why do muslims allow their religion to be hijacked this way. I don't know but they need to realize that this is part of what makes people so angry with them.

So where is your question? This just appears to be a rant. You are sick of Muslims saying they have nothing to do with terrorism. So what are you trying to suggest? That they should all 'come clean' and admit they are ALL raving mad terrorist nutters who want to destroy everything?? Don't you think that the Muslim clerics you are criticising just might actually be telling the truth? That most Muslims in our country are NOT terrorists?
In Northern Ireland many atrocities were committed by Protestant and Catholic terrorists. Were all the ministers and priests of the various churches aware of what their parishioners were up to? Were they described as 'fruit loops' as a consequence? The vast majority of leaders from the Muslim community that I have heard in news reports condemn the violence of the terrorists, just like most of the ministers and priests did in Northern Ireland. The terrorists are bigots, motivated by their own agenda which they dress up in religion. You should be very careful not to brand all the people as one.

And according to you, all the Irish are terrorists? Or maybe all the Basques ( do you even know what a basque is?), or all the catholics?
Of course they have nothing to do with terrorism you fool.
If all the muslims were on the same side, there wouldn't be any terrorism, there would be one huge army bigger than any other army in the world, that would dominate everything and not need cowardly terrorist acts to get noticed.
The fact that there are terrorist acts in the name of Islam shows that not every muslim is a terrorist.
Do you actually understand anything about how the world works?
How old are you anyway?
