To produce beer out of barley, hops, and yeast, would my supply be limited to the United States?

There are places in Mexico that have some very good farming land and climate. Could I import these ingredients from Mexico and produce my own savory beer for my fellow Americans? If so, What should I call my BEER company?

No, in fact most hops come from Germany. Don't know about a name === Have Juan?
