I'm sure I probably have, some of the neighbors have been giving me funny looks.
A friend sure got spotted once, he thought it would be funny to streak around the outside of a busy restaurant. When he got home later in the evening, he found out his mother was in the restaurant eating at the time.

one time i was really bad drunk and we were skinny dippin in the pool at the condo's for our graduation party and anyway, all the people who were in the condo and not outside with us (me and two others) got a great show cause the security guard ran us out of the pool and I forgot my clothes somewhere ( never did find em') and anyway, I climbed through the window of the condo and was stark naked infront of like 30 ppls!! And we just kept on partying!!!

I've been seen naked by probably thousands of people, since I've been going to the nude beach for the past 4 years.
Believe me, nudity in appropriate situations is great, and it's fun to "see and be seen"...definitely no big deal.

Yes. My family have all seen me nude. I sleep nude and often walk to and from the bathroom of a morning without bothering to put anything on. I have seen all of them nude at various times - none of us worry too much about closing doors when we change.
My best friend and I have seen each other nude when we have skinny dipped together.
And I swim topless most of the time so almost all my friends have seen my b00bs.

Yes.... I saw this hot car (BMW 745i) which I like in the parking lot at the beach, and I wanted to see inside... but guess what, this guy was changing his underwear inside the car and when I saw him and he saw me... we both started screaming and I said "sorry, I just wanted to see the interior.".. so embarrasing!!

yes, i was at school in the shower and some guys pulled me into the girls changing rooms naked and held the door so i couldnt get out. so embarrassing. all the girls saw me.

probably. i walk around in my panties and bra and naked all the time. theres this pig picture window over my front door and it goes to the upstairs and i usually walk from the bathroom to my room crossing that window
