After smoking Cigarettes for awhile your finger's turn yellow/brown. How is this removed?

cut down smokin and use whitening toothpaste it also gets false tan off your hands.

It is a permanent reminder Im afraid and it wont go away. Stop smoking, and it wont get any worse. Imagine then what the lungs look like if your fingers are a horrid yellow colour!!!

If you must smoke , leave a longer stub. That way your fingers don't get that horrible tell tale nicotine stain

By not smoking. If this is impossible (I've managed 13 months so v smug) try lemon juice.

i often bleach my dishcloths, i put warm water in the sink, add a little bleach and swirl my cloths around, the bleach in the water cleans my fingers

use bleach, or scrub with soap and water, or by not smoking!!
I found mine used to go yellowy, and tho i still smoke, and enjoy it i hasten to add, they don't turn yellowy anymore!! don't know why and, i smoke 20 a day!

Domestos very good for this, but it hurts if you've got cuts in your hands or fingers!

Try using a stiff brush when you wash your hands.

Smokers toothpaste works quite well.
