When you absolutely can not live without that person in your life.
When you need to wake up beside them every morning, having watched them fall asleep beside you the night before.
When it physically HURTS to sit down to a meal without them.
When you come across a funny passage in a book, and can't wait to tell them.
When you're absolutely fascinated by the way their eyes change colour with their moods.
When watching them breathe is calming.
When snuggling with them on the couch while they're watching T.V. is the very best way to spend an evening.
When they accidentally pass gas in a movie theatre, and all you can do is laugh hysterically because it was just so darn cute watching them squirm and blush afterwards.
When you go shopping and most of the things in the cart end up being for them, because you just can't help looking, and you forgot all about those new jeans that you actually came here for.
When you look in a mirror to see how you look, and the only thought running through your mind is how they'll like it.
When you desperately, sincerely, need to have a child with this person, because having a part of them mixed with a part of you is necessary for your emotional survival.
When you look at them, any time of the day, and just have to smile, because they are there.

As Judge Maybelline says "Look deep before you leap". Make sure you know each other and are financially able to start a life together. A lot of marriages have failed because of money problems. Know the person you are going to marry. When those things are in place, then that will be the best time.

When you have everything arranged to your satisfaction along with someone to marry that also wants to marry you. That part is far more important than it might seem, but let me assure you that if you do not wait until there is someone you want to marry and that wants to marry you that it may be a decision that haunts you for the rest of your life... In which, case, "upon death" would be the best answer...

Never just one moment...but many..when YOU feel the time is right...yes one of those irritating answers where you have to live life for yourself, but you'll deal. It's something you feel inside...I suppose...all things considered I'M NOT MARRIED...so I don't know the feeling.

When you feel most comfortable and your are absolutely sure this person is the one you will want to spend everyday waking up next to if there is any doubt about that then it isn't the right time.
