Turn of Cut/Copy GUI?

Is there any way to turn off the Cut/Copy GUI in Windows XP Home SP2?

Generally you must do that as you write the application.
for actually in windows, try the micro$oft power toys(I don't know if this'll do what you want as i havn't played too much but i't do somthign you wan't to...), freely available from micro$ofts website.

Try looking in the registry / policy editor. these control pretty much all of windows. again, instructions for use are in the help files / white papers from micro$oft
