Studies have shown that reduced food intake correlates with long life span (link 1). Also, recently a muation was found in drosophila (fruit fly) that extends life span by 35%. If a similar muatation exists in human (many genes have an equivalent between flies and humans) people could routinely live to 130 (second link).

Longevity is possible.
Due to new medicines human life span is looking increased.
According to Genetics some genes are responsible for life. If we can control them, we can increase life span. But more research is needed.
It is believed in yoga that each person has a limited number of breaths. If you can control your breath & hold it more time it will increase your life span.

they're all trying to kill you dude. you will live longer when you aquire the wisdom to discern good from bad. but let me propose a method by which you can physically extend your life. it is possible to inhibit head development in a human embryo. by performing scnt with an enucleated cow egg and using cre/lox system of gene knockout and implanting in cow uterus connected to ecls machine you may grow a headless clone to desired size. you may then have an operation to transplant tissues, organs and limbs every 50 years or so. in future when spinal cord regeneration is perfected in humans you may also have a complete body prosthesis on a regular basis.

Telomerase. Google it. Keep it in and take good care of your lymph system. No smoking, chronic alcoholism, or trans fats (partially hydronated fats or oils). Take a little ginko biloba once in a while ( you don't have to take it all the time.) Get enough vitamins and minerals, calcium (calcium carbonate is a waste of money, though) and magensium, take glyconutrients, exercise some... and the rest of the general health stuff...

SEX and Lots of it. Everyday, everyway. Oh yeah and of course eating healthy, a little walking or running a few times a week, but still... Mostly Sex =)
