OMG!! I have 3 weeks to go to my wedding, I have adorable open toed shoes that I have already broken in by wearing them to all of my dance lessons, my photographer LOVES to take pictures of feet, and my toenail is falling off!!!

HELP!!

Am I going to have to cancel my pedicure? How do I hide my soon to be ugly toe? I've never had a toenail fall off before, can I put an acrylic on it or something?

YES, they taught us in school (beauty school) how to apply a nail and acrylic to someone with no toenails.. If you can't find a nail tech willing to do this, go to the local beauty school that trains NAIL TECHS, not just cosmetologists. Someone (maybe even an instructor if students are busy) will do it for you. Best wishes to you!!!! Your pictures will be lovely and no one will know that you have a "failed nail."

For an alternative, you might want to find a good looking pair of matching, closed toe shoes. You wouldn't want your toe nail falling off, while walking down the "isle". Ugly toes can "turn a man's stomach". You don't want to be wondering if fake nails are going to hold, in case someone steps on your foot during a dance. Better to let the nail grow back, which will take several months, than to be embarrassed, or having your mind preoccupied about your toes on your wedding day! Don't worry about the photographer, he/she is working for you, not you for them! Advice from a "sexy foot expert"!

I saw this kit at Walmart and it had fake toenails. No kidding! It looked pretty good. I didn't buy it, though. But you might benefit from it. It was around the cosmetic section where they have the nail clippers and nail files, etc. They were the "french manicure" style. Good luck! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!!!
