I am seriously in love Maybelline. It's the make up line so far that hasn't caused me to break out, (I have pretty sensitive skin) and I like the colors they offer.
I can't really recommend you much cause I don't really know what colors your looking for, so I'll just tell you what colors I use.

Mascara- Maybelline Intense XXL mascara. I use a brownish black.

I dont use make up. I do make shift-stuff. VASELINE is your best buddy. Put hot water on a qtip. Put some vaseline on the other end end. First, "mascara" your lashes with the hot water, wait a minute, then put on the vaseline being careful not to get cotton or vaseline in your eye. This createse the illusion of black eyeliner and mascara. I also usually put on a little bit of clinique 'bronze silk' eyeshadow and tone it out on the edges with some ' light rose wine'

Vaseline is great for lips too - but has to be re applied every hour or so.

My favourite eye makeup is smoky eyes (or sometimes cat eyes). I will pick my eye makeup from MAC (because they do have good liners and with fabulous darker shadows with glitter for the smoky eyes). I like red lips a lot and when I want it not too be too solid-looking, I would put on MAC Venetian Lipglass (red yet very glossy). If I want to put on lighter colors on lips some day, I would use Lancome's juicy tubes.

I am hooked on bare essentials or some people call them bare minerals. They are very good for your skin, and don't cause acne. They have tons of colors of eye shadows and their lip gloss is tasty! The best part of their makeup is that it is all powder and you can take it on a plane! no liquids, since I started using it my skin has really improved. Hey the pic doesn't lie!

I use Neutrogena cover-up and powder, but for eye shadow and lip gloss I use Almay or Max Factor. I use Neutrogena bacause my Dermatologist told me I had to stop using Cover girl, it gave me eczema really bad, my face was red all the time. So after a few treatments with glycolic acid I started using Neutrogena which was on a list they gave me of make-up that doesn't have alcholol. I use Almay and Max Factor because they have the colors I like.

I LOVE eyeliner from Millan and The minty lipglosses from Bath and Body works. That stuff lasts soooo long that its not even funny. And since i'm "goth" and live in Florida, when i'm outside and start sweating, the eyeliner runs just a little bit. but just enough that it looks awesome
