I've always loved the monologue from Lone Star when the lead character describes the first time he was with a woman in his truck. Redneck character. Racy but funny.

I liked the comedic monologue in Taming of the Shrew when he describes how to tame a shrew. It's broad and funny.

"The Santaland Diaries" by David Sedaris is hilariously funny. Pick pretty much any two minutes from it at random and go for it.

Yes, write one. If you can't do that, stay OUT of the comedy arena, because you will NEVER succeed. Most beginning SU Comedians write their own material.
