No 10 year old children should be out playing sports, dancing, and having fun not dating, they will grow up soon enough , and besides that dont have any money for the date

Well, ten year olds don't see the word date in the same way that high-schoolers and up see them. They think date as a boy and girl friend going to a place like Chuck E. Cheese and playing as many games as their parents will pay for. If it's supervised, I think it should be fine, but otherwise then no..

No. They are not out of school (education-diploma). They don't drive. They don't have a job. They still need your guidance on decisions. 10 year olds' are still kids not grown adults. Next thing you know they will want to kiss and do the nasty. Today's society is advance.

I don't believe that they should. They are still way too immature and have alot to learn. There is too much pressure that can be put on them in situations that I don't believe they are ready for yet. Not that being older means you know everything because one is always learning, but be a kid as long as you can and have fun... don't rush it. In the end you will be glad you waited.

i hate it when these 10 year olds go around saying they have a boy/girlfriend! i think it is just really stupid that the parents let them do that! have you seen these 10 year old boys with the long hair like the older guy's? it creeps me out! so the answer is A BIG NO!

Absolutely NOT! I have an 11 year old daughter and there is no way in HELL I would let her date. She isn't even into boys (thank goodness). They are still children and should remain as such for as long as humanly possible!

If it is a play date ( its ok) on a real date no. A 10year old having date ?? Too young they need to be older.

No! Even though people may say yes no.Anyway she might regret it,have a baby,and suffer as a single mom.They should wait and go straight to marriage.

If you're mature enough, maybe judt a movie at a drive-in WITH an adult. But it wouldn't be very fun. I would at least wait another two years.
