You need to get at least a basic birth (natal) chart done to see if you are either Scorpio or Libra and if he is either Virgo or Libra. A cusp is the time during which the Sun is moving from one sign to another - that time changes every year. To see where the Sun was at the time of your birth, you need that chart. I know someone born on October 23rd whose chart indicated that she is a Scorpio Sun but if she had been born only 5 hours earlier, the Sun would have been in Libra. (She is very much Scorpio in traits) Contrary to what a lot of people believe, cusp born people are not a combination of the two signs. They may show traits that indicate they are but that is only because of planetary placements and aspects in their charts, not simply because they were born during the cusp period.

Scorpio my Fiance was born on Oct 22nd and that is the last day of Libra and the 23rd starts Scorpio.

I was born on the same day. Let's just say in an earlier year.
When I was younger I would most definately say I was a Libra but now that I am older I am so Scorpio.
It depends on where you are in your life right now.

actually, it depends on what you're source is....I have a couple of astrology books and one says Libra ends on the 23rd and Scorpio begins on the 24th and I have another that says Libra ends on the 22nd and Scorpio begins on the 23rd......so just go by which one fits you best.
