American Eagle sells petite online. Theirs fit perfectly! Also Ann Taylor Loft if you're looking for dressier pants.

That's a good question. Pants NEVER fit me right. I hate the stretch kind of jeans too,I have some that looked so cheap just after a few washes and they don't fit right either. Do you have a Kohl's where you live? Just recently my mom told me to look for pants at Kohl's because that is where she gets hers and they fit really good. I'm going to give it shot. Good Luck

It depends on what style of clothing you are looking but I buy quite a bit of clothing from Old Navy. Not only do they have the smaller sizes but they also have different lengths in pants (short, regular and long).

well it depends on where you are.. i live in canada.. so i go to bluenotes.to buy my jeans. which is similar to american eagle.. and the good thing is that they have not only a good fit..but also the right length..so u dont have to hem..in terms a black pants. go to dressy stores..cause a nice long wide leg black pants with heels..will make u look taller as well..

i shop at the buckle and ae they are the only places that have pants and jeans that fit me the way that i like
