Do you want me to write it for you?

Yes, I can see your problem. Letter 'writting' when the word is 'writing' and 'quqlity' when the word is 'quality'. Quite basic spelling errors that could be corrected using a spell checker, but I suppose you would need to know that they were spelt incorrectly in the first instance.
Letter capitalisation and punctuation also appear to have been forgotten or overlooked and the formation of an actual question is totally ignored. Question marks have a function. They are there to show that a question has been asked. Usually questions begin with particular words such as 'how', 'why', 'when' etc.
"Letter writting?" (sic) is not a question.

Need more information to be precise. But write to the company's chairman setting out your complaint. Be courteous in your first letter.
If he/she tries to fob you off with excuses and no offer of replacement, write another letter saying the response is not satisfactory and unless they are prepared to rectify the fault you will ask one of the national papers to investigate. You can alternatively contact the Trading Standards officer at your local council or the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Well first you need to learn how to use the spell checker, because nobody will take you seriously if you are "writting" about a poor "quqlity" product.
