Hi lou,
First of all you have to define what is poor quality or quality standard ?
2nd you need to set a benchmark - identify the quality you require !
3rd agree to the benchmark standard and if possible produce a sample and use the sample as the benchmark.
4th do not pay for poor quality or agree a price reduction for the goods.
5th if the supplier cannot reach your quality change supplier.

you're back ! whilst are you going to let us know approximately your self? This got here at in simple terms the main appropriate time . issues have been a splash gloomy recently yet now issues are finding up. there is not something like laughter to boost your spirits. Telephone them first as some will same send them back, so they'll refund you almost straight away.

If not, put it in writing- but use a dictionary!

tell them why you think its poor quality and what you expect in the future

tell them who you are, the name of your business/address
then say you are very sorry to say you are not satisfied with the quality of their goods...explaining what you feel the problem is
i hope we can resolve this as i am very happy with the standard i have recieved so far from you....

I would use a computer, but if one is not available I would use a typewriter or pencil.
