does the fact that i use sopa and water instead of creme hav abything to do wit it. i used to wax but it hurt too much to do every single month, and youd hav to waait till the hair was fully grown so youd hav little hairs always poking up.

I think its because your skin its very sensible. Try to care the area that you will shave with a lot of cream every day or at lists few days before you shave.

I have this same problem. This is why (I just found out when I asked a doctor randomly)
The pores of your skin are larger, hence why when you shave you can still see a 'dot'. Sometimes you may get a close shave, but instead of it looking like smooth skin, you can see a light discoloring - this is where your pore is andthe hair is in that pore! You can get it waxed, and yes it won't be as visible, but you will still see a little something (only you will really notice it though) and getting it lasered off is probably the best option (since nothing will ever grow back) I currently am getting the laser option done and I have noticed that I don't have that problem. If you wax diligently, over time it should decrease, or you can whop it all off by getting lasered (however it is a bit pricey - but then again, never shaving again..........)
Try finding a Sona Med Spa or equivalent in your area and see if this is for you. If not, just get waxed!

The hair has pigment (color), and your skin is not that thick, you are seeing the hair below the skin.
Try using some fake tanner to darken your skin. It will make it less noticable.
Or try nair, it removes the hair a little below the surface.
Or waxing which takes it out by the root.

ok I'm a guy, but I offer this.
Shaving only cuts the hair off at the skin line. If you wax it will pul;l the hair out. If there is no hair, you won't see the black stubble.

every time you shower make sure you rub your legs really good (sponge or towel) it will go away with time, just make sure you keep doing it even after they're gone because other wise you will get ingrown hair again...by the way..that's what it is, just ingrown hair that kinda wants to come out but not really...

if they are like raised dots then they are ingrown hairs
otherwise it is just your pores.
