my ex had them done. They were only swallen a few days. You may have to go back for a touch up or two but nothing serious. Just make sure the person who does it is good. It takes longer for them to draw it on your face then it does for them to actually tatoo them. Have fun and enjoy being eyebrowless!

My friend had it done at a professional clinic and it looks amazing. It was done with such amazing technique that it actuially looks like tiny hairs in some parts. She paid over $1000.00, but it was worth it because the ink dosent look blue, and nobody even knows that they are fake.
Her face was swollen for a few days. Not too bad though.
Some people get it done at cheap places like salons, by inexperienced technicians and in basements and the results are horrible. Not only can you end up with uneven eyebrows, unrealistic linework, but the ink quality can be poor and can quickly turn blue. I've seen many people with this. Keep in mind that most eyebrow tattooing training courses are only about a week long, so be sure that your tattooist is well qualified and has a large portfolio.
Its always best to go to a Cosmetic tattoo studio, not a regular tattoo studio to have this done, as the machines and needles are different different.

well, thats a tough one. if it was a tattoo artist doing a piece on your back then id say too effin bad. BUT since its a professional cosmetologist, i think she would be responsible to some extent. i cant believe she lied to you about them "fitting your face", that is such bad practice. maybe you could write a letter to the cosmetology board and include pictures and comments or recommendations from other professionals and the person who is doing the removal. so sorry to hear about this, seriously. add on: it wasnt a stupid purchase. fortunately for me, i have eyebrows that are full and defined naturally and i add in a bit of colour every now and then so i dont know how it feels to have little to no colour in eyebrows. i have friends who are very blonde or have very thin hair and their eyebrows dont accentuate their face at all. i know that this can be very embarrassing for them, even to the point that people have thought they had an illness because the lack of definition eyebrows give to the face can create a sallow and hollow appearance. some people want nose jobs, chin jobs, etc. getting your eyebrows tattooed on is not taboo or abnormal, its just iffy, as is every other cosmetic procedure. now you know that in the future, its probably better to research the "professional" instead of making an offhand deal.

A friend of mine is a make up tattoo artist, and if it is done correctly you should not have to go back. I know a girl that had it done to fill in and shape her natural brow, so when she needed to tweeze them she already had a definate line. Another lady I know had it done because she had over plucked hers for so long, they never grew back in well, so my friend recreated her brows for her. Both looked really great, and they were swollen for a day or two, and just kept vaseline on them for a few days until they were healed.
Personally I would not do it.

I've had this procedure done, and it's somewhat of a disappointment, especially because my real eyebrows keep growing in over my tats. I've shaved my real eyebrows so much that only thick bristly hair grows back, and when I shave it off, it is quite painful.

OMG Please please please do not get this done. It looks SO ghetto, and SO tacky, and you will SO regret it later on. Please, I know it is way more convenient having a tattoo but what if they do not make the arch the way you like it? Please just consider trying to fill in your eyebrows with a shadow (it looks more natural that way) As a female to female, I'm not hating on your looks but I'm just wanting you to just either grow out your brows and fill in with a shadow color. I'm going to recommend these two products which look real good and you can go to Sephora and have them show you properly how to put it on.
I wish you luck sweetie!

Tattood eyebrows looks so horrible. You want to look natural. Have you ever seen someone who accidently shaved off their eyebrows and just penicled them in? Looks horrible right? Imagine if they were tatooed in. : ( .
