Did you catch yourself hearing what you want to hear not the truth? This way it works. It is evil side of hope. Hope given by evil people by lies. People hear good promisses and give them believe. You can be smart and conscious but democracy means majority elections. People are weak, need care and protection. Politician term means formally as someone diplomaticaly persuading to his wrights but in real life it ended as someone lieing to be elected, lieing to be re-elected, lieing because having no good idea for his assigment. Most of today politicians want power, big earnings, fame and such things. They mostly dont care and have no idea how to rule people to make them achieave something. They sometimes make mistake between protection from hurting their citizens. Democracy prove its value only when all is going well and care from politician is not realy needed. Resolving true today problems needs good will, inteligent and unanimous people, smart and good leaders. Life free from lies as much as it posible.
