Dave you have quite correctly highlighted a major problem in Britain at the moment. Who indeed can take over from Teflon Tony? I do not think there has been a time in British history when, as now, we have had a parliament chock-a-block with so many dodos and buffoons. Certainly not in my lifetime and I'm no spring chicken! It just proves that all the party's selection processes are pathetically inefficient, and Cameron's proposed positive discrimination policy in favour of women will make it even worse for the Tories. This is why the fringe parties such as BNP are picking up votes. You have disheartened me totally with your question at this time of night. I'll need another whisky now!!!

Yes, he should go,the sooner, the better!! I certainly won't go along with Gordon Brown, another sly, sleazy man!! David Cameron,he's Tony Blair number two! Liberal Democrat's? Goodness no! What choice do I have left? United Kingdom Independence Party? BNP? UKIP will take us out of Europe, enabling us to close our borders, thus reduce the immigration influx, and restore millions upon millions of pounds back into the UK. Although clearly they need to come up with more policies.BNP? Mmmm? A dilemma?

Sounds funny but I'd suggest John Prescott. I know he gets a lot of things wrong in speeches and that but if you look deeply beyond the advertising that is all any MP is, most of them are Blithering idiots that hide behind a degree of intelligence, but he seems to do it the other way round, he's got some very good ideas that may solve many current problems but hides them behind the guise of being a blithering idiot.

People have this rose tinted glasses view of Conservative reign....but few remember the high unemployment, high interst rates, the boom and bust economy, etc..... To be honest whoever replaces Tony Blair should be another Labour minister...Gordon Brown

I don't think anyone is. But to me he seemed to lose a lot of credibility when he befriended President Bush. And the Canadian P.M. did the same thing as well I think.
