1) x not equal with 0
2) 2(16/x-3) =5x
2(16-3x)/x = 5x
32 -6x = 5x^2
5X^2 + 6x -32 =0 ( it's not true for x = 0)

Notice how you have an "x" in the denominator on the left hand side? So multiply both sides of the equation by "x" to get rid of it. That gives you 2(16 - 3x) = 5x^2, or 5x^2 +6x -32 = 0

multiply both sides by x:
32-6x=5x^2
5x^2+6x-32=0
